Waitress spoke to chef because a new menu was made. She gave me all of my options that she wrote down and was able to describe stuff to me. She even told me about cross contamination. Which I was happy she was aware of. I felt safe. There were a few things available I chose a spicy Tina roll. There were 2 desserts gluten free I got one my son got one. ( the coconut cake was good) chef came out said his wife has celiac and I felt like they knew what they were doing. Most importantly I did not get sick!! And I am a very sensitive celiac.
