Fantastic date night spot. I had the tonkatsu ramen with gluten free noodles and added the habanero miso paste for a little extra kick. Server double checked to make sure it was gluten free. It’s two days later and I haven’t had any sort of reaction! Great atmosphere, great staff, great food.

I had a great experience here! I wasn’t sure at first and spent a lot of time researching ingredients beforehand, but upon arriving, I found that the menu was marked with dishes that were gluten free as well as dishes that could be modified to be gluten free. They had many options, from maki rolls to sides and salads to GF ramen!

I ended up going with the pork belly ramen after asking my server about it. She explained how the cooking process would be changed and what substitutions they make. They were extremely cautious about it and very receptive and helpful with any questions! Make sure your server knows about your dietary restrictions as they do make accommodations.

Though it’s not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, I had no issues after eating the ramen and the street corn. Both were fantastic, and I’d absolutely go here again comfortably!

I really wanted to like this place but I’ve gotten stomach issues several times after eating here, despite all my usual communication steps w staff about cross contamination. Very friendly Owner even came out to speak to us, and once was told after the fact that we shouldn’t have been served one of the gluten free items because it changed despite the menu saying was gf. I’ve been back after that to have just sushi, where they confirmed that they’d prepare on clean surfaces no CC etc. and that time, I was fine. I do not trust the cooked food, and feel that even sushi is hit or miss in terms of CC.

I saw on another app that this establishment offered GF ramen noodle substitutes in their ramen bowls. The waitress confirmed, and recommended the Tonkatsu (pork belly, yum!). She also told me which items to steer clear of and even went over the different cooking processes they would use to make sure my food wasn't cross contaminated. The menu wasn't marked but the servers were very kind and knowledgeable. I even ordered some sausage yakitori after considering the ingredients without asking the server; when my ramen came up, one of the servers told me that after talking with their kitchen, they didn't think that my particular choice would be safe and instead took it off the check and asked if I'd like anything else. The ramen was definitely enough though, and 24 hours later I still feel great 👍 I also had a few pieces of the Godzilla in Old City and the Philly Maki roll. If you need a ramen fix that's safe to slurp, I definitely recommend!
