I have eaten here three times; twice in 2019 and once in 2021 while visiting the Syracuse area. Each time I have been impressed with the efficiency and quality of service. I spoke with the owner about safely eating GF and had the omelette with hash browns. No negative reactions (I am highly sensitive/celiac).

We used to go to this restaurant many times in the past before my husband diagnosed Celiac. I went there today based on the feedback on this gluten-free site of one customer. I spoke to one of the owners. They are very knowledgeable about what gluten-free is. But they did not recommended for a Celiac. They do not have a separate Preparation place. They can’t guarantee cross contamination. They can handle some sensitivities with gluten. But I would never recommend this place for a true celiac. If you are not a celiac I would highly recommend this place as the staff is wonderful and the food is wonderful. Again it’s not for a celiac.

I had a MASSIVE frittata - the staff was very knowledgeable when I called ahead about cross contamination, what I could eat, etc. they have separate kitchen space for eggs and wheat containing products. Pancakes are not made near any eggs. The frittata I had was delicious! The home fries are grilled, so safe from the fryer.
