Lots of items marked gluten free on the menu. I wasn't craving clam chowder but WOW! It was delicious.

This place had an amazing atmosphere and great food. They were knowledgeable about gf items and safety. Will come here again!

Our waitress made our lunch fabulous! I had the chowder and salmon tacos. She noted on the order that I had celiac and food was delicious.

Ate here twice this last trip to Seaside. Both times were subpar and I got sick after having a salad the second time we visited. I have a strong feeling they forgot the “no croutons” part and then pulled them off after the fact. Absolutely terrible service there with inexperienced servers. Both times we sat for 25 minutes before being greeted by a server. The first visit we ordered salmon with mashed potatoes, we were served the halibut with mashed potatoes… no big deal then we asked if we could still be charged for the salmon ($14 cheaper) and they said “oh, we’ll have to take this halibut and reorder you a salmon.” Added more time to wait for our food and the salmon came out with loaded baked potato. Servers and kitchen staff have poor communication. Do not trust this place, there’s several better options in Seaside (and Cannon Beach too). Not very many GF options on this menu to choose from, and ZERO GF options on the kids menu fyi.
No dedicated fryer so no French fries available.

I ordered the nachos (I did make accommodations to them to make them both gluten free and vegetarian). I had no issues and the staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

Went here for dinner. I had the appetizer of coconut shrimp and a side of coleslaw. The staff was super helpful while ordering. And our food came out really fast. Get there at 5 so you don’t have to wait around for a table

Had breakfast. They did say they made pancakes and waffles in a superset area which made me nervous about flour in the air. Had the seafood omelette with hash browns. They offered to toast gluten free hamburger bun for toast. I asked if it was a separate toaster and they said no it was toasted on the same griddle as the English muffins. Said the cooks didn’t have time to clean the griddle off because of other patrons being there. So had the bun un-toasted. Food was good, lots of crab and shrimp in the omelette. Omelet was cooked in its own new pan and the hash browns were all cooked on the same griddle.
Didn’t get sick.

Their menu indicates which items are gluten free, or can be made gluten-free. My husband was able to have clam chowder. I asked what they used instead of flour and our waiter asked and told us it was corn starch. His trout was excellent.

I had the coconut prawns and the clam chowder. Both tasted good and I didn't get sick. However, the waiter brought out my soup with oyster crackers on the side (in a package), so I am not sure how knowledgeable the staff is.
Had clam chowder and fish tacos both identified as gluten free. Within 30 minutes of leaving Finn's I had full blown gluten reaction. You have been warned
Yes
They mark GF options right on their menu. More than just a GF bun and salads; they have GF fish entrees, steaks, and even clam chowder! They still brought out oyster crackers after we requested GF, but they were in a separate bag, so no harm done. We got the fish tacos with clam chowder and cauliflower cheese soup.. Super yummy! Great to have another option at the beach.
