We went on Labor Day 2022 and they were out of most of the fish options. My wife, who has a gluten allergy, got the shrimp and grits. She stated they were delicious and did not have a reaction. She was able to get two meals out of the portion size.

Our waitress was quite sure what a gluten allergy was but listened as we explained it and indicated she would make a note and talk to the kitchen.

I had the blackened chicken with mango salsa. Portion size was large but chicken was a bit dry.

Restaurant has standard grill food.
