Review of Fire at The DoubleTree

The wait staff was very nice, but he asked the chef and was told they cannot offer anything on their menu gluten free. Keep in mind we went for dinner around 8pm on a Sunday, so it was mostly empty. Maybe they were too understaffed to accommodate?
