Verified with chef that meats are GF and sauces are GF (uses GF soy sauce). Some fried items are breaded and fryer not dedicated, though still plenty of options. Really good flavor, I recommend.

Staff was very helpful and even asked if they needed to wipe down counter and change gloves.

All smoked meats and sauces are gluten-free, all sides (besides Mac N Cheese + Twisters -- twisters are gluten removed) are all gluten-free, all Burgers and Sandwiches can be made without bun.
