I went based on reviews that they had gluten free options and cauliflower crust; however, when we went in they said they do NOT have cauliflower crust and the only thing they had that was gluten free was chicken breast. I chose 1 of the 2 options and chose Monterrey Chicken which had grilled vegetables on top, I chose house salad no croutons for both of my sides since that was the that was the option for a celiac. The food was good and my husband’s pizza (not gluten free) he said was super good but there barely any options for someone with celiac or even gluten intolerance. The staff has no clue what was safe so I can’t say I’ll be back.
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much/None
— Good
This is my husband's favorite pizza place, but we haven't been there in over a year. His "normal" pizza was excellent, but my GF pizza was not. I liked the toppings, but the cauliflower crust was thin and HARD and crunchy. I didn't enjoy it. I don't remember their crusts being this bad. They must have changed it. My pizza was bad enough that I won't be going back. I like Palio's GF menu.
Staff was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free on the menu. The cauliflower pizza crust was really good! I had the “Hot Mama” and loved it! The sausage was gluten free as well!

Called to check and the woman who answered the phone straight up said we don't "cater to those with celiac disease but those that are intolerant" looks like we won't be stopping in here

Pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavors at this pizzeria! Loved the Peach Boy pizza on a cauliflower gf crust. And the Caesar salad (no croutons) was excellent!! Would definitely recommend as they have dedicated kitchen area for gluten free items. Did not feel ill at all. Tricky to locate on the back side of a strip mall but so glad we found it.😃

Absolutely amazing!! We had the gluten free Cauliflower Pizza and it was probably the best gluten free pizza I've ever eaten. Great service, Knowledgeable server who was excellent and cook came from the kitchen to make sure all of our questions were answered. Definite recommend this place. Yum!!!!

As far as being knowledgeable about gluten, cross contamination, and preparation, they were fabulous! The pizza was very good, but the crust was a little moist. However, I did take-away, and the drive home could have caused the extra moisture in the box. I will definitely be eating their pizza again.

Traveling from the Carolinas to California and stopped in Amarillo. My hotel was too far away for delivery so opted for take out. Its a little difficult to find if you are using gps but it is located in the alley behind the shopping center. Service was good. Ordered a gf pizza w 3 toppings and it came to around $19.50. Seemed a little pricey but when your hungry... Dough was homemade and slightly thicker and chewier than most gf pizzas I have tried but it was quite good. In fact because of the thickness, I was only able to eat half and now I have breakfast for the road.

Great dinning experience! We came for the second time and were accomodated and treated as well as the first time. They take celiac disease seriously! When I mentioned to the server that our son had celiac, the manager came to our table and went over their gluten free policy. They have a separate preparation area and a different oven for their GF pizzas. He even offered to open a new package of cheese to avoid any possible cross contamination. I highly recommend this place. It is kind of hidden (behind Sears on the alley) so make sure you don't miss it!
