For the first time in a LONG time, I couldn’t decide what I wanted to order because there were so many GF options. Also, their safety measures are clearly marked right on the menu. Wait staff very knowledgeable about celiac. My new favorite restaurant.

We were so happy and excited to see Fire Thyme become a restaurant! We ordered food to go when Jamie cooked food out of her home to go and for delivery. We loved it and always felt safe knowing she was going to be safe and take care of our gf and df needs. We visited her restaurant today for lunch and weren't surprised how great the menu was, and how delicious the food was. Congratulations Jamie! Had gf wrap and gf waffle fries in a dedicated fryer.

I’m in heaven! Huge range of gf options - almost everything on the menu has a gf option, plus lots of vegan and dairy free options. Dedicated range, oven, griddle and fryer for gf. Everything we had was so flavorful and fresh. It is a bit pricey.
