You have to ask about their protocol and what dishes are completely gluten free. They do have some that are not and have the possibility of cross contamination.
They have various rices from white, brown, & steamed, and they can make both fried with no problems. They have various rice noodle dishes that are gluten free like Singapore Rice Noodle, Malaysian Curry, etc. They can alter many of the menu items to make the dish gluten-free. I was surprised that there were several soy free and wheat/yeast free options. I had the brown fried rice with beef and made to order gluten free and it was delicious and I didn't have a reaction, but I am NOT a diagnosed celiac and don't have allergic reactions but more so skin reactions. Someone more sensitive with the disease may react differently. I'm not sure they have allocated spaces to make the gluten free options but you just have to take precaution and ask.
