I tried the Harvester as a gluten free calzone and while very flavorful. The crust was very, very dry. It seemed all the pesto ended up on one side and the edge was a little overcooked. It was so dry I started coughing, which made lots of people state at me worriedly (I'm assuming because of COVID-19). I'm withholding judgement until I return and try it as a pizza where the sauce would be spread throughout. To get through the meal, I utilized the marinara sauce they provided with the calzone but will probably never order a calzone here again.
