Review of Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

This place was great! I have severe Celiac, so cross contamination will get me very sick. I spoke to the chef and was told that he would bring my food to a separate section of the kitchen and make my food with clean pans and utensils. I got salmon and steamed broccoli. I requested no butter or spices just to be safe and he did exactly what I requested.
