Review of Firecrust Neapolitan Pizzeria

The staff was very dedicated and careful to avoid cross contamination in every single step (they prepare the pizza right in front of us). The oven was the same for all pizzas but I felt safe, if contamination happens, is definitely minimal. Pizza was very good!
