Very extensive menu and educated staff (ask for the gf menu). No dedicated fryer π. Make reservations. It’s frequently hard to get in.

I've been here twice, and the most recent experience I must give a review on. I was a bit nervous considering their menu lists "gluten friendly" and notes that fried items are cross contaminated. I went with a green bowl with chicken. When I informed the waiter of my celiacs, he pointed out his knowledge of no cross-contamination. He then made sure I was aware that I wouldn't be able to have fried items, or items on the charcoal grill, but they can pan sear things for me. They were very busy that night, but the waiter came out and apologized for the wait. He explained that the cook was almost done with our order, but that the cook accidentally used the same Tongs on the steak my boyfriend (gluten intolerant) ordered when he flipped the chicken. The cook prepared a whole new safe meal for me, and the restaurant gave us a free dessert. It was amazing to experice this restaurant's awareness of celiacs and allergen protocol. Highly suggest this restaurant for those with celiacs and gluten intolerances.

My friends and I had a very nice meal here. The atmosphere is cozy and the food and drinks were very good. I have celiac and am very sensitive to cross contact. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the gf menu and I felt confident that the kitchen and bar staff were as well.

Gluten Free menu and lots of options.

Just moved here and motel gave us a list of restaurants with gluten items. We picked Firefly and glad we did. Waitress knew celiac issue and guided us to all the meal choices. I loved the shrimp & scallops scampi... best I ever ate and I’m a native Cape Codder so I know fish. Great atmosphere and good prices. Norma.
