This location does offer gluten free bread but only in the "Medium" size.
I'm unsure if they use a different toaster when they make it "Hot" so cross-contamination is a possibility.
I would rate 5 stars if I wasn't diagnosed because their food is great.
I am not 100% sure about their precautions.

When they have the GF bun it is a great option for something fast. If you ask they will put foil on the toaster and change gloves etc. they mark the GF items too.

Gluten free bread was delicious! So fluffy and tasted “normal” instead of dense and chemically. It was a bit smaller than the other “medium” subs in the order but I didn’t care because it was the closest to real bread I’ve found in a while. I didn’t watch them make it so I don’t fully know about cross contamination but I did get mustard and mayo packets on the side instead of it being included and my sub was wrapped in foil separately and differently than the rest of the order.

Had a great experience at Firehouse Subs. Staff was knowledgeable about gluten cross contact and explained all their precautions to me. They even knew that the pickles should be avoided. I got the turkey with melted cheese on top and their standard Shar hoagie roll. Delicious!
They have solid allergy protocols (using fresh containers, changing gloves, toasting on foil). The cashier said that all of the toppings are GF, but I played it safe (she didn’t seem 100% certain, and things like meatballs are a red flag). I played it safe and had a turkey sub. It was fine, but not worth the $18 it cost.
