I used to order in store and they would ask if for an allergy, then prepare separately. I have ordered twice through the app now and both times came into the store while it was still being prepared, only to see them put my gf sub directly on the space they were working with all the other bread and using the same gloves, so I ended up throwing the sub away both times. Maybe okay if you order in store, but I wouldn't count on any precautions taken if ordered through the app.
