Review of Firehouse Subs

Although this is a chain, they do accommodate celiac and gluten free peeps. They seem to move faster with the cleaning and sand which building process than Jersey mikes. They apparently use schar rolls and reminds us of Italian hoagie rolls. Better than udis for sure.
