Review of Firehouse Subs

My son has celiac. While I was at Firehouse to get something for myself, I asked the workers what they do to prepare a sandwich for someone who can't have gluten. They said the bun is prepackaged, they change their gloves and they cover the work area. So glad to know they take precautions.
