Review of Firehouse Subs

I ordered a hook and ladder on gluten free bread. It wasn't until I watched the girl place the gluten free bread directly on the line that I had to mention it was an allergy. She apologized and got a new bun and placed it on its own wrapper. Was it my fault for not noticing earlier, probably. Just be aware that you'll need to specify. Everything else worked out, and I did NOT get sick! I'm going to take the small win where I can get it! I also wish they would have marked my sandwich as GF, as the rest of my family got regular sandwiches.
