Review of Firehouse Subs

The staff was amazing! Opened all new ingredients for my husband’s (has celiac disease) sandwich, wiped everything down, got new utensils and new gloves. Took every precaution possible. Sandwich was delicious as well on a gluten free roll from Schar. Gluten free menu was available online which we checked in advance.
