Review of Firehouse Subs

I have been here a few times. The sandwiches are delicious and the roll doesn't fall apart. They were able to answer my questions. They change their gloves, put the sandwich on a paper to assemble, toast the sandwich on foil without the top piece of bread. The sandwich isn't cut due to cross contamination of the knife. The gluten free sandwich is signified by a sticker.
