Review of Firehouse Subs

I let them know that I had a gluten allergy. I believe that it is on me for not being vocal. They did change their jobs…then proceeded to touch gluten bread. They used all the same knives and everything on my gluten free bread. Second time I’ve been there and haven’t been impressed. Really do not recommend it.
