Review of Firehouse Subs

When I told them I had Celiac, they did a great job to prevent cross-contamination. I told them to use a separate knife, work station, and not to put through the toaster. I felt like they wouldn't have known what to do if I didn't tell them, but they took it seriously and listened, and you can watch them the entire time to make sure. The GF bread was great and it was nice to be able to have a sub out again!
