Had a sub for the first time… I am a severe celiac with allergy to xanthan gum so I don’t usually eat at these types of establishments but it was the end of my vacation so I said screw it. The man informed me that there could be cross contamination and they use the same knife to cut my sub as the regular sub and I asked if he could please not do that, which he obliged. I enjoyed every bite seeing may be the first and last time but to my surprise I did not get ill. Might have been a fluke but willing to try again 👍🏼
