Review of Firehouse Subs

This location does indeed have gluten-free bread! It's a white bread that's available only in the medium size. It tastes "fantastic" (according to the person I was with) and can stand up to whatever sandwich you want to order. The staff also took precautions to prevent cross-contamination. Our server put on fresh gloves and made the gluten-free sandwich first.
