We decided to give this Firehouse Subs a chance after having a good experience in Wichita for gluten free. *They were so helpful!!* The employee let us know everything they do for gluten free processes. They change gloves and make the sandwich on a clean surface of aluminum foil, even when toasting. Thank you firehouse!
