Review of Firehouse Subs

I’m a little shocked I haven’t gotten sick here. But I’ve eaten here on numerous occasions and have not gotten sick! I rated it a 4 on safety just because there is still a chance of cross contamination. Make sure to emphasize “gluten allergy” at checkout (cannot do this online). They clean the prep surface, clean gloves, clean sheet of foil to bake the sandwich on, and they get a whole new tub of Mayo with a clean knife to cut down on cross contamination. Absolutely delicious, toasty subs!
