They make great wood burning oven pizzas and have two gluten-free crusts. Traditional or cauliflower. They claim to keep them separate to prevent cross contamination. So far we haven’t had issues. They can also modify existing menu items to be gluten-free.
Not very safe if you have celiac as they are not certified or have a dedicated menu for GF and not all their servers know about GF options.
