decent amount of gluten free options if you ask but my pancakes tasted like baking soda and weren’t very good :(

Pancakes have many options for gluten free! They said I could have any of the flavors (plain, blueberries, strawberries or chocolate banana) because the batter is made gluten free. They are huge and delicious pancakes!

I had amazing gluten free pancakes! They also have gluten free toast! Gluten free options are not posted on menu, so you’ll have to ask, I’m not sure how “gluten free clean” their kitchen is if your celiacs or highly sensitive so just ask! But I enjoyed the food and atmosphere!

We had a lovely breakfast here. I informed my server about my diagnosis and she was very helpful and kind. She said the kitchen has separate pans for gluten free egg orders and helped me order something I could eat. I had no reaction to the food and I am quite sensitive. The egg dishes can be in a separate pan, whereas the pancakes are cooked on the same grill.

Last time we ate there I had such a bad reaction that I was in bed for two days. Stick to the First Awakenings in Salinas.

Knowledgeable staff, I had a gluten free pancake(not on the menu but just ask for it) she said there is no dedicated cooking space but I didn’t have a reaction👍🏻

They don’t really have many options except omelets for gluten free. If you want gluten free toast or gluten free pancakes, don’t come here.

Very good GF french toast. It did take no less than three people to figure out that they could actually make the french toast.

I suspect that they just dipped the GF bread (rudi's) in the regular batter, but we don't have cross contamination problems so it was fine for us.

The did have pancake mix as well.

They can do most of their special pancake flavors gluten free. Portions were huge and my meal was delicious! Waitress said she couldn't guarantee no cross-contamination but would clean the cooking area as well as possible. I'm pretty sensitive and didn't have any reaction!

would love to give them 5 stars. very knowledgeable staff, and lots if good options. however, in spite of all the knowledge and attentiveness, my wife got "glutened" at one of our visits.

No GF pancakes, they got the wrong flour and don't know when the supplier will have more. Had French toast which was good. The birds in the area attack the table when patrons leave so there are squirt bottles on the tables to shoot the birds. It's located in a strange almost abandoned mall where there a is gluten free ice cream store.

Yum! Gluten free pancakes in several flavors! Highly recommend this place. We were in the area for a short trip and ended up eating here both mornings.
