Review of First Watch

So I saw on this app it leads to believe this restaurant uses Pamela's Gluten Free Baking Mix, thinking they would have gf pancakes or waffles. So I went and asked for the gf menu, but all I got was one of those allergy menus where you have to look at the "wheat" section and see which is safe. Only a handful of items stated there was no wheat, and they were just side items. Nothing mentioned of pancakes or waffles. I just ordered bacon, eggs, and potatoes. It was good but I was disappointed in the very little options for gf, especially with no pancakes or waffles. And I'm not sure how their strictness is on cross contamination, so I'm giving it a "No" for celiac friendly.
