Server very helpful. Explained that while they have GF bread and use fresh gloves to get from the back, they do NOT have a dedicated toaster. I ordered the Fritata with potatoes. The potatoes were cooked on a separate grill used only for potatoes so no chance of cross contamination from the grill.
