All First Watch locations offer gf bread but use a shared toaster. Some locations will toast the bread in pan but you have to ask and not all accommodate, especially when busy. I get the ham & gruyere omelet and usually just ask for no toast.

When asking the waitress about gluten free options she was not knowledgeable at all about what gluten was. She was not helpful and didn't seem to care about us. I would not go here if you have celiac disease.

They offer gluten free bread / toast! Yum! Wish they offered other options but it is a good alternative for those wanting a healthier breakfast!
This first watch location is almost brand new. They offer some options for breakfast but what surprises me is that their GF toast is run thru the same toaster as normal bread so be careful about that if you have Celiac. Otherwise they offer up their eggs and omelets with no problem.
I've safely eaten at many First Watchs? First Watches? anyway... I mainly go for avocado toast, but they have many GF options on their GF menu.

Not safe, at all.
Although they offer gluten free bread, as a substitute, I opted for no bread at all. I told the server that i was gluten free.
The omelet came with toast on top.
I returned it to the kitchen. When the runner brought it back she said that luckily one just came off the grill. Given that, I told her how strange that it also came with crumbs from the last plate. THEN she asked if it was an allergy. I responded, Do I need to share my entire medical history for a breakfast, as ordered?
Long story short.. the runner lied to me, was disrespectful and was happy to gluten me.
I will not be back.

There’s an allergen menu that you have to scan on your phone. They have a dedicated GF space in the back (including a toaster). There’s a reasonable amount of stuff to order as long as you get the GF toast. I didn’t experience in cross contamination and the staff seems knowledgeable.

Several decent selections for breakfast/lunch and good safety measures. GF bread/toast available for breakfast or sandwiches, and they said can do gf French toast with it (which we haven’t tried). I asked about butter and they said gf toast always comes no-butter, which made me happy for kitchen safety. Eggs and bacon were good, and lots of gf omelet options. Grain bowls also gf using quinoa.
