Review of First Watch

The First Watch choices for a gluten free meal are very limited unless you want a salad. The staff aren't especially tuned in to allergies and, other than gluten-free bread/toast, they are uninformed. Hollandaise sauce? Shared grill top? Tried them twice, once should have been enough. Eat somewhere else.
