Review of First Watch

When you ask about a gluten-free menu, you are given a large laminated allergen guide from which you choose your meal. The gf column tells you which items are gluten free. There aren't many, but there are some egg dishes and Udi bread, not one of the better tasting or textured breads for the gf diet. It would be nice to have more selections, but what they offer are good.
