While the wait staff is great, the kitchen is a little lacking - they have gotten our order wrong all three times we have been here; my wife always orders the gluten free toast, and all three times they have sent her order out with regular toast. While they offer to remake the meal, the lack of attention to detail is very frustrating.

Was told they had lots of gluten free stuff by a gluten free friend. The toast is the only thing they make with gluten free bread, and it’s cross contaminated. Eggs are gluten free, but that’s about it. The potatoes were pretty good though.

The server was very aware of cross contamination, and even double checked what I ordered without me prompting her. The food was fresh and delicious! I will absolutely be back.

Stood right in front of three girls who worked there, wasn’t acknowledged or told that they would be with us in just a moment. Food might be great, but who cares if you’re not given any service at all.
Very knowledgeable about GF. The waitress gave us an option to have GF French toast as well as other menu items.
Excellent breakfast. They have Udi’s bread but no designated toaster Highly recommend
There’s an allergen menu that you have to scan on your phone. They have a dedicated GF space in the back (including a toaster). There’s a reasonable amount of stuff to order as long as you get the GF toast. I didn’t experience in cross contamination and the staff seems knowledgeable.

Several decent selections for breakfast/lunch and good safety measures. GF bread/toast available for breakfast or sandwiches, and they said can do gf French toast with it (which we haven’t tried). I asked about butter and they said gf toast always comes no-butter, which made me happy for kitchen safety. Eggs and bacon were good, and lots of gf omelet options. Grain bowls also gf using quinoa.

To start off, I have been to First Watch many times with and without my family (who eat gluten-free), and every single time the staff has been accommodating and very friendly.
They have plenty of gluten-free breakfast options with foods that are inherently gluten-free (eggs, bacon, fruit, etc.). You can substitute any bread on the menu for gluten-free bread, including the french toast! They always ask if you have a gluten allergy to make sure the kitchen accommodates you.

I am bummed. Food was delicious but my stomach is paying bad. I told the server I was extremely allergic to gluten and she seemed understanding. I shouldn't have came here. ☹ it's things like this that make me never feel safe eating out. I know there is a warning with it being a chain but at other locations I haven't had a problem.
