(Celiac, reactive) GREAT EXPERIENCE! Both naturally gluten free options as well as gluten free substitutes. I got avocado toast on Udis bread, with scrambled eggs. The server was knowledgeable and assured me that they would toast the bread separately and prepare the dish separately as well. It was brought out by a manager, and confirmed gluten free. I’m 24 hours out and haven’t gotten sick! Yum.
