Fishbone's Cajun & Creole Restaurant

My wife and I visit here frequently and I realized I’ve never written a review. Let me just say I’ve been to Fishbones more than a dozen times and I have never gotten sick. The food is always good, consistent quality, and a great atmosphere. They even have grouper strips as an appetizer with a great remoulade sauce that is all gluten-free.

They have a completely separate gluten-free menu and it is extensive. Can’t say enough about this place and if you haven’t been here give it a shot.

Food was great. Would be five stars but they brought my soup with bread on the side-the little details that make you worry, but I had no reaction. Great atmosphere and $2 taco Tuesday!

Restaurant is on the loud side and tables are crowded together. The server, Austin, was friendly, great smile and good at his job. There is a decent variety of items on the menu including appetizers. I went with the Killer Shrimp Creole which was too far on the spicy side for me despite tasting amazing. Austin said I could request that it not be as spicy next time and they will tone it down. I wasn’t going to get the desert but I needed the sweet. The creme brûlée was more like pudding but still tased delicious.
