My custom poke bowl was very good. While they mark gluten-free options on the menu, the staff person who took my order was very meticulous in understanding my concern about gluten and he assured me it would be safe, a different staff person actually filled my order and they got parts of it wrong. I heard the first staff person telling them they needed to correct it. But they corrected it by peeling out ingredients that weren't supposed to be there, rather than by starting completely over. I felt digestively weird immediately after I ate,, though I can't say exactly what it was that was problematic. The only ingredient I ordered on my dish that could have gotten mixed up was the sweet soy sauce. They have one that's marked gluten-free and one that isn't. Assuming they're as thoughtful in making the order as they are in noting dietary restrictions when they take it, I think the food is really good. I just don't feel confident about going back.

SO GOOD! Sushi and poke bowls that tasted amazing and were allergy free. The kitchen is visible from the order station and the chef was so helpful. The sushi chef was very knowledgeable about allergies and made sure there was no gluten or dairy in the sushi I ordered. Tons of options and flexible menu so almost anything can be gluten free. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had!
