Lots of healthy good options. You can see their kitchen and the grilled is in its own area. I ate the life boat meals twice without getting sick.

I’m a very sensitive celiac and this place was great! Amazing fresh lobster tacos and shrimp cocktail!

Yes

They have fresh seafood and because it's so tasty just a quick grill and it's perfect. No deep fried available gf. All gf items are clearly marked on the menu. My salmon came with a bowl of steamed broccoli and carrots and a huge tossed salad. Dressings are at the condiment bar but safe as they are prepackaged Newmans Own. I will return.

Would not recommend, while my salad was gluten free, they put garlic bread on both sides.

— Good

At a basic level, I don’t think I consumed gluten. From a culinary level, I found this place lacking flavor and quality. The fish fillet was extremely thin, over cooked, and dry. The gf side option, chef’s vegetables, lacked flavor. Rarely do I ask for salt and pepper at a restaurant but the food needed it.

They don't have a specific gluten free menu, but note that many menu items are gluten free. The staff was able to answer questions about what the gluten free options were, and preparation to avoid cross contamination. Overall a nice selection of gluten free seafood options.
