Jayden makes this place worth visiting. He is so knowledgeable! Wonderfully delicious takeout meals, absolutely no gluten! Macro information is listed. Some of the desserts are to die for. A tiny bit on the pricey side but well worth the money. You can freeze any of the meals for later too!

This is the new Fit Bites Kitchen. Their other location is in Wyandotte. Everything they carry is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and no added sugars. They have multiple to go meals ready and stocked each week, with a menu that changes weekly. Bakery items are delicious. They also offer smoothies, shakes, bagels and coffee. Dedicated kitchen. The owners are very helpful and always take time to answer questions. Yummy food!
