They don't have a gluten free bun but you could bring your own or order it lettuce wrapped. Tell them you have a "bread allergy " (their term) and they take precautions to avoid cc. They have separate grills for patties abs buns so no cross-contamination worries there. The only fried food they have on the menu is fries so those are safe too.
