buns are kept to a whole different grill. they are very cautious about cross contamination. great communication skills. “celiac” is yelled for everybody working to hear, no matter how bad your gluten sensitivity/allergy is, so there aren’t any mistakes to be made. i always get the lettuce bowl with a good amount of toppings and a small fry. it’s always delicious. quick service.
