I love Five Guys but this specific location showed no concern for my gluten free needs (celiac). When I asked about the typical process that Five Guys uses where one person handles the “allergy order”, changes gloves, keeps everything separate from the other food, I was told by one of the managers “Yes, we do everything separate, will change gloves, etc.”, none of that happened. I asked the manager and other employees cooking multiple times to do it separate but they continually touched the allergy order with contaminated gloves. Had to request a refund and leave.
