French fries are gluten free and fried in a dedicated fryer! No GF buns, but burgers can be ordered in a lettuce wrap instead and if you specify that it's an "allergy", the person preparing it will change gloves and prep it in a dedicated area.

They seem to be well trained and knowledgeable about doing GF correctly.
