Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I went up to the counter to order and asked for a lettuce bun. I was asked if it was a preference or allergy. I said allergy. The fries are cooked in a separate fryer to avoid cross contamination and they cooked my burger separately as well.

I do wish they had a gluten free bun option, but this is the only lettuce wrap burger I will eat. Still very flavorful. It’s a lot of lettuce, but it keeps everything neat (as neat as possible anyway).
Can do burger in a basket or in a lettuce wrap. I did the lettuce wrap and they gave lots of lettuce, not just one or 2 pcs. Burger was well wrapped and I felt like I got a serving or 2 of my veggies for the day. π
Has always been a reliable place to have a good lettuce wrap burger and fries!
Yes
Are here yesterday. They even asked if it was an allergy when I ordered bunless, and changed gloves.
Great burger and fry. The staff was knowledgeable and made sure no cross contamination!
Great place for a burger and fries! Fries are safe because it is the only thing that they fry. They'll be more than happy to prepare your burger separately and keep it away from anything containing gluten. A little on the pricy side, but not terrible. The big order of fries is enough to share between 3-4 people, easy.
Good and fast place to eat if you have a gluten allergy. They always take precaution here. My only thing is that I can't eat lettuce so I wish they had GF buns.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.

The staff is very knowledgeable and will note down “Allergy” if you mention it for the lettuce wrap or bowl option. I’ve visited several times and haven’t gotten glutened. Fries are safe too
