Review of Five Guys

Excellent GF burger if you don’t mind not having a bun. GF burger is available with a lettuce wrap or in a bowl. Fries are made from fresh potatoes on site and cooked in a dedicated fryer so they are GF safe. Allergen and nutrition info is available online. Tell the order taker that you require GF because of an allergy. They will list on the order ticket and shout it out loudly to the preparation staff (not for the easily embarrassed). The kitchen is open so you can observe if staff changes gloves and prepares from order safely.
