This place functions a little like a Chipotle, where you can go through the line and pick what you want on your bowl, but WAY more flavorful, interesting, and delicious. They have a variety of proteins, sides, sauces and toppings, in addition to pao de quiejo (Brazilian cheese puffs) which are outstanding if you can get a fresh batch and still tasty otherwise. It's really nice to find a dedicated gluten free facility that's doing something different than the classic bakery/cafe!
I honestly recommend the tofu or the chili over the classic steak or chicken if you're looking for the most flavor!
