Staff is knowledgeable and I am pretty sensitive to grains in all forms including oils. I eat here on occasion. The menu changes seasonally so I have better or worse luck in terms of choices. I find it safe enough for me. I imagine there is corn & wheat flying in that kitchen, however I have not had any clearly traceable reactions to their food. I always have a delicious meal!

Waitress seemed very knowledgeable at first after appetizer she wanted to just put my bread on the side for my entree. I am very sensitive and without her putting my bread on the side I was still sick all night.

Not a dedicated gluten free menu, but the staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating to make suggestions and alterations as needed. I had the pork chop and it was amazing.
