I have eaten here multiple times as a strict celiac. You would have to actually try to get glutened here. Even the table bread is gf. The only gluten in the restaurant is located on the self-serve salad bar (croutons and obviously gluten bread). Servers are knowledgeable enough to either answer questions accurately or go and get someone who can answer any concerns. There is no dedicated GF menu because the vast vast vast majority of everything is safe and prepared in dedicated gf space. Highly recommend as a safe restaurant.

As far as gluten free goes, Flame and Fire Brazilian Steak House offers gluten free, dairy free and vegan options. Family and friends in my close circle have strict dietary needs due to health reasons and they find this to be one of their favorite places to dine. The Pao de Queijo (cheese bread) is actually gluten free and delicious. The Bar also offer delicious gluten free cocktails of all kinds (just be sure to ask) as they offer premium gluten free options there as well.

Brazilian Steakhouse- everything is gluten free but the bread and it is kept completely separate at the end of the buffet to avoid cross contamination. My husband called ahead of time to make sure I wouldn’t get sick and the staff are really accommodating and nice! I literally ate everything they offered and did not get sick at all. It’s definitely worth the money if you want a fancy date night. Definitely the best gin & tonic in town.
