Review of Flame

We went here last week to try it out, when we arrived they told us they did not have a gluten free menu but the waitress would know. While our waitress was very nice she had little to no idea what was gluten free. We had her ask the chef and she got a better idea of what I could have. I ended up getting the salad bar and it was really good. I was told all there rotisserie meat was gluten free but I have my doubts about one of the rubs. I ended up getting a little sick from it but really not that bad. My husband really liked the food and it was very good I just wish they had a better grasp of what was and was not gluten free.
